It started with a simple desire: to reduce screen time without sacrificing productivity. Like many people, I found myself toggling between dozens of browser tabs, constantly distracted by notifications, and ending each day feeling drained by the blue glow of screens.

When I first heard about the reMarkable Paper Pro, I was skeptical. Another tablet? But the promise of a paper-like experience with digital convenience intrigued me. The color e-ink display, the remarkable (pun intended) writing feel, the focus-first design. It all sounded too good to be true.

Then I tried one.

Falling in Love with Paper, Again
